As soon as the staff is transferred they check on the facilities and the access they need as Capgemini employee to execute
their work. Although inventory has been made of what was needed and upfront testing has been done, surprises are quite
common. People that execute their work for many years in a familiar environment seldom know what is needed to enable them
to do their work. That’s what they unfortunately find out the hard way once they really start doing the work as Capgemini
employee.
This result of the checks is logged in the artifacts Facility Tracker and Access Tracker and if needed corrective actions
are taken to fix the surprises. |
